Terms of Use for TrailerPark

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the TrailerPark mobile and TV applications and the thetrailerpark.app website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your use of the app distributed through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict on a matter it covers, that agreement controls.

What the Service Does

TrailerPark helps you discover movies and television, track what you have watched, play daily movie puzzles, and find where a title is available to stream or showing in a theater near you.

TrailerPark does not host, stream, or sell films or television programs. Where the Service shows streaming availability, showtimes, ticketing, or soundtrack links, it is pointing you to a third party that provides that service under its own terms.

Accounts

Much of the Service can be used without an account. Some features, including those that sync across your devices or involve other people, require you to create one. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Trailer Park Gold Subscriptions

Trailer Park Gold is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The following terms apply to it.

• Price and billing period. The price and length of each available option are shown in the app and on the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before that period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the new period begins.
• Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If you purchase a subscription while a free trial is still running, you forfeit any unused portion of that trial.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies rather than by us.
• Changes. If we change the price of a subscription, Apple will ask for your consent before the new price takes effect, and you may cancel instead.

Subscription benefits are additions to the Service. We may adjust which benefits are included, and if we remove a material benefit you will be able to cancel before your next renewal.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute data from the Service
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Circumvent any limit, paywall, or entitlement check
• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

Content You Create

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, lists, collections, and profile content you create. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and distribute it within the Service so the feature you posted it into can work, including showing it to other users where you chose to share it.

We may remove content that breaks these Terms. You can delete your own content at any time.

Third-Party Data and Attribution

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie and television metadata, images, and credits are supplied by The Movie Database.

Streaming availability, theater showtimes, ticketing links, and soundtrack links come from third-party sources. This information changes frequently and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Always confirm on the provider or theater site before relying on it, and treat prices and availability shown in TrailerPark as indicative rather than final.

Third-party services you reach from the Service are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

Availability of the Service

TrailerPark is offered as-is and as-available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing a feature that a paid subscription materially depends on.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that content or availability information is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five US dollars. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. If we terminate your access without cause while you hold a paid subscription, you may seek a pro-rata refund from Apple.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, post a notice in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the developer of TrailerPark is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.
